Requesting an Adobe Acrobat Pro License

Adobe Reader is a popular PDF reader that allows users to view, print, and annotate PDF files. However, sometimes you may need to edit the content of a PDF file. In this article, we will show you how to Request an Adobe Pro License through the Gaudenzia IT Support Team.

Please Note: This is a paid subscription with a recurring yearly cost which will be billed to your individual sites.

Instructions

Log into FreshService and choose "Request a Service"
Choose "Adobe Pro" and fill out the required fields.
Submit the form via the submission page.
IT will review the request and approve or deny based on Business Needs, then will reach out to the Employee to install the needed software components.

Tips

If the PDF file contains images or graphics, they may not be fully editable.
Some formatting may be lost during the editing process, so it's a good idea to check the document carefully after editing.
If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can use it to convert PDF files to Office applications with more control over the conversion process.
