-To create a new voicemail, choose “Add Audio”

You have 3 choices. You can type your message in “Text to Speech”, “Upload” a prerecorded audio file, or record your voicemail response in your own voice by choosing “Record by Computer”.

Text to speech:
· “Asset Name” give it a name.
· “Category” for voicemail would be “voicemail”
· Choose a voice. There is a variety of “voices” you can choose, male or female, and even country.
· Type in your voicemail response. You can play it back with different voices until you find one you like.
Record by Computer:
· Name your recording
· Category is “voicemail”
· Click on the red button to start recording.
· Choose “Add” if you would like to save the recording to your voicemail library.
You can record numerous voicemail files to create a library. For example: If you’re going on vacation for a week, you might record a message, name it “Out of office” and let the caller know you are out of the office and provide instructions if the call is urgent.
Voicemail Pin:
If you are using a Polycom phone on your desktop, you will need a pin number to retrieve your messages.
While still on the “Settings” tab in Zoom, scroll down until you see “Pin Code.” Click on “Show or Edit” to view or change your voicemail retrieval pin code. If you’re using a softphone on your computer/laptop screen, you won’t need a pin code.
Final Note: The https://Zoom.us website also allows you to view your call history and voicemail by date range.
