Join the Pride Month Group

Here is how you can join the Pride Month group which will change your E-mail signature for the month of June. This is most easily done via the Outlook desktop or web apps.

When joining the group, please allow a full day (up to 24 hours) for your account to sync and begin applying your new signature as pictured below. For any issues with this process please reach out to the IT Helpdesk for further assistance.

Outlook Desktop App

While on the 'Home' tab, click the ellipses (3 dots) menu towards the top right of the screen. You should see a Browse/Discover Groups option to select. From here, you just need to search for the group 'Pride Month'. You will then just need to click the Join button and will be welcomed to the group. Your signature will now apply within the following day.

Outlook Web App

This is much the same process as when using the app. Find the ellipses (3 dots) button and click "Discover Groups". Type in 'Pride Month' and Join the group.
