Logging into Eleos Health Extension

Purpose: To instruct Employees on how to log into Eleos using SSO.

1) Click the Puzzle Piece icon on the top right hand corner of your Internet Browser, then click Eleos Health EHR Extension.

2) Enter your Gaudenzia Email Address in the log in box that pops up and choose Log In. There is no need to enter a Password.

3) Once Authenticated, you will be greeted with the "Thanks for Logging In" page below. You are now logged into Eleos as needed.
