Unable to Access Meraki Cameras - Blank/White Page Issue

Purpose
Some new users may accidentally create their own Meraki organization while attempting to access their assigned cameras. This causes the Meraki Dashboard to load as a blank or white screen.
This article provides instructions on how to delete the mistakenly created organization so you can restore access to the cameras assigned to you by Gaudenzia IT.
How to Delete the Incorrect Meraki Organization
1. Log In to the Meraki Dashboard
Go to:
https://account.meraki.com/login
Log in with the Gaudenzia email used when the incorrect account was created.

2. Navigate to the Organization Settings Page
On the left navigation panel:
- Hover over Organization
- Under the Configure column, click Settings

3. Delete the Organization
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and locate the orange Delete organization button.
Click Delete organization.

You will be prompted to enter your login password to confirm the deletion.


4. Log Out and Reopen Browser
After the organization is deleted, you will be automatically logged out. Close your web browser completely, then reopen it.
